Very thorough - Our inspector, Trevor, was very thorough. He explained all of my questions during the inspection. After, the report helped us request the majority of repairs to be fixed. We saved approximately $1000 by requesting these repairs. Further, now we know exactly what we need to watch over the next years. We are able to close comfortably on our house, knowing that it's not hiding some serious issues. Thank you!

Terrific service!!! Trevor Johnson was our inspector and he was amazing! We are making a move from Ohio to NC and the day the inspection was done was the first day that I had ever been in the home. Trevor was extremely thorough and professional, my appointment was on Saturday and I had the report Monday. He even offered to send the report Sunday morning, but I didn't need it that quickly.
